By accessing or using this website or booking a dumpster rental with DD Dumpster Rentals, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of Website

This website is owned and operated by DD Dumpster Rentals. All content, design, and branding are the property of DD Dumpster Rentals and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

We reserve the right to modify or remove any content at any time without notice.

2. Services Provided

DD Dumpster Rentals offers roll-off dumpster rentals in various sizes and durations to customers within a 30-mile radius of Shelby Township, Michigan.

All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. Standard and Premium rental plans are available with different pricing, weight limits, and policies.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are clearly listed on the Pricing page.

  • Additional fees apply for:

    • Overweight loads ($75/ton)

    • Extra rental days ($25/day)

    • Hazmat items ($125 each)

    • Weekend delivery (custom pricing)

  • We accept all major forms of payment.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.

  • No refunds are issued after a dumpster has been delivered.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By renting a dumpster, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible location for delivery and pickup

  • Not overload the dumpster or exceed the weight limit

  • Avoid placing restricted or hazardous items in the dumpster

  • Accept responsibility for any damage caused to the dumpster

DD Dumpster Rentals is not liable for any damage to driveways, landscaping, or underground infrastructure.

6. Prohibited Materials

The following items are NOT allowed in our dumpsters:

  • Paints, oils, or flammable liquids

  • Hazardous or toxic waste

  • Chemicals or solvents

  • Tires, batteries, or electronics with Freon

  • Asbestos or medical waste

Violations will result in a $125 per item fee or legal action if necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

DD Dumpster Rentals is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable factors

  • Damage to property during delivery or pickup

  • Injuries resulting from improper use of our equipment

Use of our dumpsters and services is at your own risk.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our website or services means you agree to the latest version of our terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any legal disputes will be handled in Michigan courts.
